    I am a Managing Editor and have reviewed your practical tips for osteoarthritis of the hands.

    I am sure these tips would be of help to many who suffer from osteoarthritis of the hands. As much of my readership area is very rural and a good portion of that rural area is low income, I have concerns that those who might benefit most from the practical tips will not have internet access.
